However, Walker’s assistance through a second and third claim made a final settlement worth a complete replacement to the 25 year old roof (that was already very close to end of life). The process took time and patience of which Walker diligently maintained throughout.
Once money matters were done, project scheduling became problematic due to weather. However, a couple of +50° days became available and the project was turned over to the roofing crew. They showed up at 6:15am and finished in 12 hours. After cleanup, except for a beautiful new roof, we couldn’t tell they were there.
Through project acceptance and payment, Walker maintained oversight of each step. Every person we dealt with at Roof Depot was courteous, professional and competent.
