I am very happy with the time, attention and the finished product provided by Certified Roofers and Gutters! Jervante Davenport, the contractor, was very dedicated in getting my replacement approved. He provided pictures, videos and all that was needed in getting my approval.He submitted all evidence to my insurance company and I was elated and appreciative to Mr. Davenport when granted the approval. Certified Roofing was very helpful with assisting me thru the process of getting my roof replaced and gutters. Months later after the job was completed I got a letter from my insurance company stating that they did not receive the final photos and invoice from the company. I called my rep Jevante Davenport and he came right out to take photos and give me the information I needed. The customer service and quality of work for this company is 10 out of 10.
