I was referred to Bear mountain by a trusted roofing professional. He had good things to say about the company, so I went with it. After contacting the company, an estimator came to assess the damage on my roof trims and chipped paint. He came quickly and provided a reasonable quote given the work needed. Since it was a busy season, the workers took 2-3 weeks to come out but the communication in between was very clear. The workers did the job impressively well and quick! Despite needing extra materials, they consulted with me, we adjusted the quote on the fly due to extra repairs that needed to be done, and they finished the job that same morning. I highly recommend Bear mountain and the crew that came out that day especially!
Overall a great experience. We started with an exterior paint/limewash quote and were so satisfied with the communication and customer service we wound up doing our roof replacement and entry doors with Bear Mountain. The quality of the work and follow through were second to none
