KTM has been taking care of my roofing needs for better than 25 years. They are always quick to respond to my needs. They arrive promptly, do thorough diagnostics and complete repairs in a competent & efficient manner. I wouldn't trust any other company to take care of my roofing needs. I give KTM my highest recommendation.
KTM installed a new roof for me 8 years ago. Over the past year, I’ve had a very minor, intermittent leak that has been difficult to pinpoint. James, their warranty manager, has been out several times to investigate and work toward resolving the issue.
I can’t say enough good things about how patient, responsive, and diligent James and the entire company have been. They’ve continued to stand behind their work and have always been pleasant and willing to help.
I wish all companies backed their products and took care of their customers the way KTM does. I would highly recommend them.
From getting appointment set up through the office with Aime to having James come out two times, and sending his worker for the fix. The final leak was found and accomplished as well as some other items that needed updating due to newer 2020 codes and common good practices. Always professional folks! Payment very easy and even a discount for cash and or check! Highly recommend KTM. Emailed packet with details and photos and all for my records.
