High Quality Roofing Atlanta
“Our 10 year old roof, in Fayetteville, had suffered some hail and wind damage over the last couple of years. I had a roofing company inspect my roof to see if I qualified for an insurance claim. The roofing company briefly looked at my roof and acknowledged that I did have some damage to my roof, and that I could qualify for an insurance claim. When I told him the name of my insurance company, which is the top insurance company in the USA, , he told me that is one of the hardest insurance companies to deal with, and it would be almost impossible to get an approval on my claim. The roofing company suggested I pay for a new roof. He gave me a quote and even offered financing. This felt like smoke and mirrors, so I declined his offer. A few weeks later, a friend of mine, who was also working on a roof claim with the same insurance company I have, referred to Jinmy Sutuj, from High Quality Roofing. Jinmy made an appointment to have my roof inspected by his in-house inspector. The climbed on the roof, identified all of the hail and wind damage. I couldn't believe how much damage they found. After the roof inspection, Jinmy sent pictures and damage report to my insurance company. My insurance company sent out their inspector and they concluded that it was minor repair. They wanted me to settle for $2100, which was my deductible. I consulted with Jinmy and he told me not to settle, as they had enough documented proof of damage. He introduced me to their legal partner, Precision Public Adjusting, who specialize in roof insurance claims. After I authorized them act on my behalf against my insurance company, I stopped all direct correspondence with my insurance company. Though my insurance company sent me settlement offers, I did not respond, but re-directed them to Precision Public Adjusting. Nine months later, I received a settlement for my insurance company for a full roof replacement. My cost was only my insurance deductible, and not a penny more.
Once the Insurance company settled my claim, I went back to work with High Quality Roofing. Jinmy advised me that my insurance company paid for a high quality, high impact resistant roof, so Jinmy provided me with samples of different qualities and colors. On the day we scheduled my roof replacement, his team came out and removed my old roof, repaired any wood damage, and installed a new beautiful roof all in 1 day. His team were very professional. After the roof installation, his team extra care to clean up any debris and nails throughout my property. The next day, Jinmy came out to inspect the work, we noticed that there were some debris and smudges around my gutters from the roof shingles, and some stains on my driveway, so he sent out one of his crew members to power wash the gutters, walls and my driveway. I was extremely happy with the professionalism, follow-through, and quality of High Quality Roofing Atlanta and Jinmy Sutuj. I highly recommend Jinmy Sutuj and High Quality Roofing Atlanta for new roof replacement, roof insurance claims, and small roof repair projects.”
