“I have used Total Home Care of Georgia for many years. In 2025, the owner sold the company to a long time employee who had always done very good work for me. I was contacted late last year by another THCG employee who failed to disclose to me he had been disinvited by the new ownership from being part of the newly named Total Home Care USA. He told me the new ownership would be focusing on north Atlanta and he was picking up customers on the south part of town. Despite having a sketchy interaction with him while he was part of THCG, I had him out recently to clean my gutters. He didn’t bother with the downspouts, several of which backed up during this mornings downpours. Then I had problems even paying the guy…longer story. All that to say, steer clear of Total Home Serviced Atl. Can’t verify that he’s registered as a corporation with the GA SoS office. He doesn’t have a business checking account. Makes me wonder about bonding and insurance. I’ll be having THCUSA out soon for a complete house wash and window cleaning. Patrick and his crew are the best. They don’t cut corners and take pride in their work. Give them a call.“

Jervante Davenport, the contractor, was very dedicated in getting my replacement approved. He provided pictures, videos and all that was needed in getting my approval.He submitted all evidence to my insurance company and I was elated and appreciative to Mr. Davenport when granted the approval. His determination and experience with insurance companies was the main factor in getting the approval. He was friendly and customer friendly, introducing himself as Jervante. I am happy with my interior and most of all, the roof, which I would probably not have without his presentation and working with the insurance company.
