“I hired ***** the Roofman, from Palace Roofing Restoration and Gutters to replace my old roof for the following reasons.After he presented his proposal, he took me outside to his truck and showed me the materials, and explained the processes he would use to replace my roof. He then walked me around my home showing me the areas that had rotten wood where water had leaked from my old roof. He explained what he would do to correctly prevent those problems from occurring with his new roof installation.***** showed me the latest manufacturers specifications and materials for new roof installations.
