“Woke up to a total mess and needed condenser repair FAST. Called Cool It Air Conditioning kind of in a panic. They responded immediately and had it sorted before I knew it. The tech answered all my questions without making me feel dumb. They showed up in a marked truck and in uniform, felt legit. Wish I'd found them sooner.“

“Emergency because shut off inside was tilted up and water had been draining on floor for 4 days. Coincidentally started the night of a big storm. I thought it was somehow related to other roof leaks. Called ACR on Sunday for emergency. Jonathan came out in less than an hour and solved it was a shut off problem. He he was very nice, showed and explained the problem.. He also flushed the drain. I wish I had known it was not a roof problem and had called sooner.“

“These guys are great! Our A/C unexpectedly went out, and since we'd used them in the past, we knew they were quick to respond. Having a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old, they were very understanding of how important it was to get our air conditioning back up and running.
