Kurt's AC & Heat provides great service with courteous and pleasant technicians who explain their work. They arrive on time, complete tasks as promised, and thoroughly answer questions. Their system of texting en route and providing technician names adds to the overall excellent experience. The family owned business cares about their customers, keeping appointments and providing excellent work. Technicians are prompt, courteous, and explain each step along the way, giving options for handling repairs.
Explained how they were going to replace our duct work including dryer and stove vent duct work under our manufactured home. Completed work and verified everything was working properly. Plus we liked the idea they are a local business and knowledgeable about their work. Would recommend them for any AC related work.

My A/C went out late Friday afternoon, in August. With the weekend coming up I called Kurt's, they sent a technician out that afternoon, in less than an hour after I called. When Ryan arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem. He got my A/C up and running again that afternoon. I would highly recommend Kurt's. In my experience, everyone from the office staff to the technicians, offer highly professional and reasonably priced service in a timely manner.
