We called Cee Bee because of their reputation in the community and from a referral. I would like to Thank Lisa for her great communication in the front office. Dylan was my first tech and he was very thorough and polite. Great communication skills! I ended up having an issue and they had to order my part. The office was great at communication and techs were all well trained and courteous! I feel I got what I paid for and then some! 👏 👏 👏

My heat pump had been down for two cold days. Another AC tech diagnosed the problem as needing a very expensive repair with a part that had to be ordered. I called CeeBee for another opinion. Technician Dylan spent about 15 minutes and diagnosed the issue, made a few measurements, and resolved the issue in a few minutes with no new parts required. He had an outstanding knowledge of a very complex system. I would highly recommend this service.
