Bibi is an outstanding one-on-one pilates instructor. She tailored exercises specifically for my structural issues, and my lower back felt better almost immediately. I have been attending for a year. If you are looking for REAL Pilates instruction, then this is it! Bibi is trained and certified and cultivates an individual plan for her clients. I have tried so many "pliates studios" around, and they do not care the safety of your body or mind and only your wallet.
Bibi fitted me in when I was staying near her studio. She was friendly and personable and gave wonderful attention and advice throughout my sessions.
