About Club Pilates

Club Pilates Waterford Lakes is a boutique Pilates studio that specializes in reformer fusion classes suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The studio follows Joseph Pilates' original Reformer-based Contrology Method while incorporating modern group practice and advanced equipment. Many clients appreciate the high-quality training provided at an affordable price. Several reviews highlight the challenging yet rewarding nature of the classes, particularly at the 1.5 level. Customers commend the friendly staff and excellent instructors, noting a positive experience overall. The people are welcoming and friendly, and instructors like Kenlee are often praised for their energetic and challenging classes. One customer mentioned that their favorite instructor, Alina, helped them through a tough time and motivated them to improve both body and mind. Some concerns have been raised about cleanliness, as equipment sanitation appears to be lacking. Reviewers mentioned unpleasant odors from reformers and questioned the effectiveness of the cleaning supplies provided after classes. While the facility and staff are viewed positively, some clients have found booking classes to be difficult, especially during peak hours. The limited rollover of class credits and the high demand for certain times may not suit those with busy or unpredictable schedules. Overall, Club Pilates offers a welcoming environment, though improvements in cleanliness and booking flexibility could enhance the experience for all members. The classes can be less challenging for some, but they are still good for a workout, stretching, and recovery.
