I joined Club Pilates last year after battling years of back pain post surgery. Pilates has been instrumental in my recovery from chronic pain. The private sessions from Cristina R. changed my life. She is extremely knowledgeable and an expert of Pilates. Cristina takes time to understand what causes pain and adjust my movements for correct alignment. I’m extremely lucky to have the ability to train with Cristina. The individual attention provides me more value than rushed physical therapy appointments.Thank you Cristina and Club Pilates for providing opportunities for pain free workouts.

This is my 3rd class and let me tell you!!! I'm obsessed!! The owner, the teachers, the front desk, are all absolute angels. I'm going through a hard time in my personal life and just being here lifts my spirits and I feel so good mentally after. I come 2x a week but now I want to come everyday! Such an amazing place, no judgement! Every single person in my classes have been so nice! If you're not sure just do it, you won't regret! I'm so happy I found this place!

I am a former NY pilates instructor and took the intro class and was very impressed. Very knowledgeable and well trained instructors. So happy and excited to have found my new pilates studio.
