This company was referred to us by another association in our condo complex. Bryan came out and did a thorough inspection and explained in person some of his findings with pictures. He told me I could contact him with questions.I received a thorough quote from Sara at the company as to their findings and recommendations with pictures. No other company provided this level of detail. Sara who worked in the office was proficient and made it financially easier for us to do business with them.We hired them and they explained to the residents what they were doing.
