Our Tech, Cleveland, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he and his partner were going to do, what we should look for and also gave helpful hints to minimize reintegration. He was very fast in the application of the spray and also explained what residue we may see and how to clean it.

Cleveland was busy checking and refreshing termite stations when I arrived home. We discussed some recent outside ant issues which he was then going to the appropriate treatment in affected areas. At his request I described the ants I saw (2 types).
