We’ve had TIER 1 for over a year now, and their service is by far the best out there. Every month, they take their time and do an extremely thorough job. If we ever need anything in between services, they’ll come back out at no charge.
They spray inside and outside, treat every crevice of the house and screened-in pool area, and never rush through the job. Even in the scorching Florida summer heat, they’re here for 20–30 minutes making sure everything is taken care of.

Alexander is a very good worker he knows what he is doing for sure I like to have him be my permanent guy that comes to my house I made a call specifically and ask for stuff to be done and when they get here they keep running out of supplies I don't understand that they don't have supplies on their truck but they send them out every morning to do the job
Company provided a well price monthly payment. Great communication overall. I did have a time when company accidently sprayed wrong apartment but honestly should of went and met with the pest control person personally. Outside of that great company and great prices.
