Every professional who shows up has always texted before arriving unnoticed. Asked if there are any specific areas inside or out that need to be treated and very approachable. These guys and gals deserve more than the small amount of hourly pay they receive in my opinion please reconsider that aspect.
They are always very courteous- giving us updates on their arrival time and always ensuring our home is treated to our satisfaction. They are respectful of our time and maintain professionalism while being persona and friendly.
I just had a termite inspection & quote & enrolled with the termite program. The inspector was most knowledgeable & reasonable in his recommendations. I had three other quotes. Aptive had the best, non-invasive, environmental friendly & best approach. They install & begin in three days-absolutely amazing!!
