“Enough cannot be said for the work done by Showalter Construction & Restoration. My previous review gave five stars for the emergency services provided when we had a fridge leak that threatened to destroy our entire kitchen. Once again, we are giving Showalter five stars, but this time for their work in bringing our home back to life.Truly a team effort, Thea was diligent in working to secure the funds from the insurance company to start the work. Robert listened to our requests, answered all of our questions and set realistic expectations for the job. We were after a very specific flooring, an extra long plank LVP in a very specific tone, and Carrie delivered on locating the perfect product for our home.Upon arrival and throughout the duration of the job, Victor and his team were professional and exact in their work. Not only did they deliver an incredible final product, but Victor, Juan, Jeremiah and James were polite and patient with our family and dog as we in and out of their workspace.Everyone who comes in our home mentions how incredible everything looks. This team did not cut a single corner and worked to make every last piece of flooring, baseboard and trim they installed look complete and pristine. It is a testament to the standards this company holds.When Robert said he would work to make our house whole again, he truly meant it. “Gutters look great, hard to tell they even exist if it wasn't for the downspouts, they blend perfectly with the home. I wasn't home when they came out to give original estimate, I wanted corner wraps on the downspouts near the garage so the water flowed onto the driveway, but did not specify that. The original plan did not include these, they didn't have the parts in the van for this so they came out the next day and got it done for me. Great service!“

“I called to see if we could get someone out to repair/replace a ripped screen on the roof of our pool enclosure and Jody came out a day later. He gave us an estimate, which was affordable and fair. Our rooftop deck was an unusable eyesore, and Landscape Fusion was able to get a variance approved by the city so that we could cover the space and make it an outdoor sanctuary. “It took me a while to research and find a contractor that met all of the requirements that I had set beforehand. Being able to communicate and work with Tony has been a wonderful experience especially because I am the type of person to ask questions about everything that confuses me. It was great to communicate with a person that was willing to reach out whenever I felt the process was starting to get confusing. Tony communicated clearly what was being done and why as well as answered my millions of questions. It was also wonderful to have someone who would clearly state when they had time so that I knew when to reach out and that I wasn't just being ignored. Before we started working together Tony warned me that the initial process would be a bit slower than I was probably expecting because of how much information he was planning on putting in the quote to make sure that there were as few as possible surprises when the process began. Even after getting that information, I was surprised at the amount of detail that was put into the quote initially. He was willing to listen to any changes that I wanted and clearly stated if it was possible and what it would entail. As a big fan of, there's never too much information, it was great to be able to communicate like this.“

“I highly recommend this company! They arrived right at 5am and got to work! They were prompt, professional and got the job done. I really appreciate how they saw my daughter was a little scared with the noise and stopped to let us leave and cleared path for us. They worked diligently and got the roof down and replaced in 1 day. They didn’t leave trash everywhere or overtake my yard, street or driveway. Their staff communication (Annie) was great also from telling me what I needed to do and what to expect she just didn’t include how exceptional their service is.This company is the best so don’t inquire about the rest for your roofing needs. Last year I had Premier Builders redo my bathroom and I thought they did a pretty good job with the tile. Now compared to Tampa Quality Flooring I see what truly well laid tile looks like. John is easy to work with and accommodated my schedule and furniture/house items moving needs.pricing was reasonable. I will definitely engage Tampa Quality Flooring on my next project.“
