JVA assisted us with a balcony repair. Most of the job was done okay but we continued to have an area that leaked in the corner. The owner told us many times that the company was not going away and would be responsive if there were any issues. The issue existed day 1 and continued). The company came out a couple of times to help resolve but each time we called to report the issue, the blame was placed on us (i.e., the leaves on the balcony are causing the leak, you need an awning to block the water).
