“We selected Sabal Homes to build our Custom Home, after an extensive search of home builders. This home was to be our second custom home in the last 20 years, so we knew what we were looking for in a new home. The search wasn't easy!After meeting with the people at Sabal Homes and selecting the lot we wanted, their willingness to allow us to select and then make significant changes to the overall design and details, before ever starting construction was refreshing.To say that we were a demanding customer is an understatement. We were very meticulous in the details of the floorplans and design, the color and material selections that went into the home and, the quality of the construction, every step of the way. We knew exactly what we wanted and were pleased that Sabal was willing to work with us to deliver that result.As in any major construction project, there were challenges and we had some issues along the way, including sub-contractor delays. Ultimately however, each of the issues were addressed and resolved to our complete satisfaction.At the end of the day, Sabal Homes build us a very high quality home. We are very proud of our new home and would recommend Sabal to anyone interested in building there very own Dream Home.“
