Purchased a new computer, set it up and used it approximately two weeks when it started having an issue and would not turn on. It provided a screen message. I took a picture of that located ISROM. Made a call, advised them of screen shot message and the gentleman provided that I should bring it in and speak to Tim. I did exactly that and approximately 30 minutes later was out the door with my repaired computer and spent less than $50. They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, reasonable prices and provide you quick prompt service. Truly a 5 Star Computer Center that I highly recommend. I will continue to use them for all my computer needs.
Long ago isorm helped me with computer issues a couple of times. Today I got a replacement Dell for my really old one and could not be more pleased with the service and product. Tim was fantastic.
ISORM Computers is an excellent computer repair shop with long years of working un the computer industry for hi tech companies, military and private citizens. I can with total honesty state they are one of the best in Tampa, Florida.
