In-R-Site has always been very knowledgeable and very helpful with any issues we have had on our computers. All of the technicians at In-R-Site are awesome but Joe is the best! He has an awesome personality and is always helpful whenever we need him. He always resolves my issue on the first call! He is a genius when it comes to computers!

Joe was professional and very personable when I called about some technical problems!! Up and coming small business that had ABSOLUTELY no clue what we needed as far as billing. I was recommended this company by a friend who used them before in the past. I spoke with a young lady named Karen and she was EXCELLENT. She was very down to earth and understanding. She didn't speak to me as If I were beneath her because I wasn't familiar with everything. She took her time and helped me get a true understanding of what I needed and how to utilize it. Great company, Great customer service. Will be referring to other small business owners in my community.
