brought my desktop because its giving me problems for weeks. It was running really slow, randomly freezing, and sometimes it wouldn't even stay on for more than a few minutes. I thought I was going to need a whole new computer, but I decided to have it checked first.

They found a couple of issues, including some malware slowing everything down, a bad power supply, and a problem with one of my RAM sticks. They explained everything in a way I could actually understand and only replaced what needed to be replaced.

Had an issue with my gaming PC and brought it here. The next day it was promptly diagnosed and repaired. Very happy with the speed and quality of the work. Will be coming back if I have any other problems.

I had an issue for my computer and needed it wiped and a new windows installed. I called Bestbuy and they told me it would be 3-4 days before I got my pc back. I called another Bestbiy and they told me 4-5 days. I called MIT and was told 24 hours. I brought it on and it was done in less than 5 hours. They even installed my GPU drivers. Quick, fair price, great service. If I need something else done this is where I am going to go. I highly recommend if you have an issue to go here first.
