I had a computer emergency around 8:00 PM because my computer completely died. Since my business and work depend on it, I was in a panic. I called, explained the situation, and within about 30 minutes a technician came down to meet me.
He diagnosed the problem, repaired my computer, and had me back up and running in about an hour. The level of customer service and willingness to help after normal business hours was outstanding.

I just have to say Eric is great at what he does. I had issues twice and told him my situation. He is very sympathetic and understands people have a business and gets the job done fast. He gets back to you quickly drop off is easy. And he is great on his pricing. You should definitely call him.
