“I had a great first experience at ProPilates. Signing up for classes online is straightforward and easy. Initially, I signed up for the 9:00 a.m. class. However, I had a schedule conflict so called in to see if it was possible for me to switch to an earlier class. I spoke with Rose and she gladly was able to accommodate my request. I attended Matthew's 8:00 a.m. group class. Being that this is the beginning of my Pilates journey, Matthew did an incredible job at explaining what we were doing so that I fully understood each move. He was also giving feedback throughout the class and helping each person make adjustments as needed. I felt my muscles engaging and felt so satisfied about completing a solid, challenging workout. I also had the opportunity to speak with the owner of ProPilates, Tonka. She asked poignant questions to understand my fitness and personal goals. “Love this studio so much!! I’ve taken Reformer Pilates classes everywhere from Los Angeles to NYC to Miami. Thrive Pilates is at the top of the game. They have some of the best equipment I’ve seen. It’s the only studio in Broward that is comparable to studios in bigger cities (trust me I’ve tried them all). All the instructors here are lovely, each brings their own unique flavor. My favorite instructor is Cynthia. She’s excellent at coming up with challenging routines that aren’t hard on my joints. Love this studio and I’ll be coming here for as long as I’m living in Broward. “Love Hotworx! The staff is always so nice when I get there. They always answer any questions I have or just are there to ask how I am doing. The gym is always clean and they have a lot of equipment options for a small gym. The classes are fun and challenging. It's been a few months of me going and I haven't run into any issues yet. The parking is in the garage of The Whitney and so far I haven't had any problems with finding a parking spot. This is also a 24 hour gym which is great! For only $60 per month it has almost everything I need plus I get to detoxify in the sauna!“
