I walked into the studio after trying to find a studio where I would not feel overwhelmed, where I could try Pilates without feeling I was 1 out of 30 people trying to do something I know nothing about, and I wanted private lessons so I would feel comfortable being out of shape in an unknown environment and not be judged. I found it in My Pilates of Parkland. The owner Myra is amazing she knows each clients strength and weakness, it doesn't matter if you're with another trainer or in a different class she just knows. Best pilates studio EVER! I've done pilates somewhere else before and you can't even compare. Mayra is very knowledgeable and classes are fun (although painful lol). Christine is awesome too! I wish I could do it everyday!
