Pleasantly enjoy every visit to the studio. The front staff is positive, always smiling and has great energy. There’s an effort to remember each individual that walks through the door. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the studio. I’ve come to have my favorite Instructors: Madie, Kelly, and a few others. I throughly enjoy the energy these bring to class and the consistency of challenges
The studio that’s made me fall in love with Pilates. I stated going 2 years ago twice a week and now I’m up to 5 and about to hit my 250th class. All of the instructors are amazing but Annie truly made me love this method as much as I do! 🙏🏼🤍
Loooove the new additions/classes they added. Tonight I tried “upper body sculpt” with Kelly and she killed it! For anyone who’s looking to focus on one specific area like me; core and shoulders/back! TMI: I’ve had this shoulder pain for the longest and being consistent and showing up has been a game changer and this new addition absolutely helped! I would recommend booking them when available!
