I love Hotworx! This program has allowed me to understand my body. I have learned exercises to increase my hip mobility which has reduced pain in my back. I never knew how stuck my body was until I started attending these heated sauna sessions. ! My mental health has significantly improved from being part of this community!
Tried Hotworx for the first time on 10/30/25 thanks to my gym sis, and I loved the workout — definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone and felt amazing after! 💪🏾
Only downside was the front desk experience. He wasn’t very friendly, and as a first-time visitor, I expected a warmer welcome or quick tour. As a manager, customer service really matters to me. I’ll give this location another try to see if the vibe’s different next time.

I was a Yoga Joint member for many years
The Yoga Joint is EXPENSIVE, DIRTY and SMELLY. This place is 1/2 the price with UNLIMITED Yoga while the Yoga joint was DOUBLE the price for ONLY 8 sessions. HOTWORX is CLEAN and smells WONDERFUL. HIGHLY recommend to my friends and enemies
