I love the instructors and classes. My body feels amazing. My posture is better, my core is strong and my muscles stretched. After two months I could see the changes starting. After six months my body totally changed. I feel AMAZING!!! I bought the passport so I can take classes when I travel and book myself on the app. I've tried aerobics, trainers, gym membership... This is the BEST. I wish I had discovered pilates ten years ago!

I started my Pilates journey at Club Pilates Fort Lauderdale East about 9 months ago, and I can honestly say I completely fell in love with the experience!
So much of that is because of the incredible studio, the instructors, and the overall vibe they create. Everyone is extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable and supported, regardless of your experience level.
