This place is a treasure!All instructors are very professional and friendly, which is the best possible mix. Each instructor has plenty of experience, and every lesson is different from the previous one.The place is clean and well-maintained.It is easy to book online, but if you need help, the receptionist service is also amazing!This is definitely the place to go if you want to learn about Pilates.

This is a studio is serious, very clean, and very professionally run. Alexandra's sessions never disappoint and are never too hard for the finely aged clients. I highly recommend her classes for strength, balance and toning. Well done!

Very satisfied with the quality of the private Pilates classes. I’ve met 2 of their instructors so far and they’re both very experienced, professional and kind. I’m taking classes to improve my mobility and treat my lower back pain and I feel like I’m in really good hands.
