“Pro Pilates has changed my life. Great for aging gracefully, maintaining flexibility, increasing core strength. I use it as rehab from recent hip replacement. Variety of classes are offered, so you never get bored. Try one of Tonka’s classes out. It will not disappoint. Pro Pilates should be a part of everyone’s exercise program.

“Tried Hotworx for the first time on 10/30/25 thanks to my gym sis, and I loved the workout — definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone and felt amazing after! ??

Only downside was the front desk experience. He wasn’t very friendly, and as a first-time visitor, I expected a warmer welcome or quick tour. As a manager, customer service really matters to me. I’ll give this location another try to see if the vibe’s different next time.

UPDATE: Spoke with the owner, Janine — and she’s an absolute sweetheart! ? She assured me that great customer service is her top priority. True New Yorker… takes no ish! ?? Her follow-up definitely made a fan out of me. I’ll be back very soon! ?✨“

“I took an Intro class at Club Pilates Ft Lauderdale South today. Gabriel is an excellent instructor - knowledgeable, friendly, patient and gave clear instructions with tactile cues when needed. The facility is super clean and looks brand new. Marla and Hailey were very helpful in getting my membership started. I look forward to my next class!
