“Pro Pilates has changed my life. Great for aging gracefully, maintaining flexibility, increasing core strength. I use it as rehab from recent hip replacement. Variety of classes are offered, so you never get bored. Try one of Tonka’s classes out. It will not disappoint. Pro Pilates should be a part of everyone’s exercise program.

“Tried Hotworx for the first time on 10/30/25 thanks to my gym sis, and I loved the workout — definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone and felt amazing after! ??

Only downside was the front desk experience. He wasn’t very friendly, and as a first-time visitor, I expected a warmer welcome or quick tour. As a manager, customer service really matters to me. I’ll give this location another try to see if the vibe’s different next time.

UPDATE: Spoke with the owner, Janine — and she’s an absolute sweetheart! ? She assured me that great customer service is her top priority. True New Yorker… takes no ish! ?? Her follow-up definitely made a fan out of me. I’ll be back very soon! ?✨“

The free class itself was great, but I was disappointed by the lack of pricing transparency. I asked multiple times by phone, text, and in person about membership costs and was repeatedly told pricing would be discussed after the free class.

Only after completing the class was I informed of a $150 enrollment fee that would be waived only if I signed up that day. Since I am still comparing other studios, I felt pressured to make a decision without having been given all the information upfront. I believe pricing and fees should be disclosed before prospective members attend a trial class.“
