“I signed up for the $49 INTRO-MONTH UNLIMITED CLASS to try it out. Definitely worth it, it's a steal! The instructor's guide, motivate, and encourage you to have a good workout. Fellow students have positive mindsets. I had a good practice every time I attended their classes, it never felt like a contest like some other yoga studios that I attended do. Just BE YOU. Hot flow zen/hot vinyasa with Laura in the morning class was the best for me, she closes her practices with nice wisdom readings at the end. She's a natural and gifted yogini. I highly recommend this hot yoga studio, Laura and her team are really good instructors. You won't be disappointed.“
“My wife and I have been with Wendy for more than a decade. She’s an amazing trainer and Pilates instructor. Even in group classes she individualizes for each student. We travel 45 minutes to get to each class, and though there are many studios closer, we don’t ever plan to leave True Balance.“

“I have been to other physical therapy places and this January I had a total hip replacement and I went to “on the hop” physical therapy and let me tell you those ladies are amazing! Melisa and Joette really care about their patients. They work with you to make sure your improving and getting better with each visit. . They give great advice to help you on your path. Within six weeks I was back up and walking, no cane or anything and back to my old self without the pain. It is a very well organized and clean place. No waiting like in other places they know who you are when you come in and are there to greet you. “I'm in Ft Lauderdale for the winter and was so happy to find a Club Pilates location near my house. I must say the instructors at this location are a lot more engaged and seem to want to push us in all the right ways. My favorite instructor by far is Hannah. She taught me so much about Pilates. She seems to really love what she does and she knows so much. She also has the best high energy and positive attitude a fitness professional can have!!! “I absolutely love this place! I was so sad that I had to cancel due to the pricing but within the three months you really can see a change in your body. If you can afford it do it! Also Adriana was a favorite instructor!! She really challenges you and gives you a great workout! Her core series was always my favorite part of her class. Side not I contribute club Pilates with helping my tone down and losing 2 inches on my waist. One thing I would suggest is for the intro class to actually do a session because the intro class to me didn't really show what Pilates was about. Like maybe spend 7 minutes explaining the equipment and the remainder of the time doing a short workout so you can fully grasp what Pilates is.“
