Went again today met the SOOO very full of patience Paty! What a great representation for this studio. Class was amazing and left feeling a calm zen stillness. Cant wait to return tomorrow!! No frills REAL YOGA with experienced instructor!!
The class and teacher (Laura) are great overall.The space is relaxing and intimate, and the instructor is so helpful and mindful of keeping proper posture to avoid injuries.She allows you to go at your own pace, while also pushing you when she feels you’re ready.The instructor is fantastic and really works hard to make you feel comfortable in your own body and space.
I used to practice hot yoga pretty regularly and got away from it. This summer I vowed to help my poor body and mind out and searched for studios close to home. The reviews of this place convinced me to take a class. After my first class, I signed up. So far, I love everything about this studio. It's intimate, the instructors have been great, I leave feeling amazing. I'm glad it found it.
