Frank is very friendly, professional, and knowledgable. Each time I have used Sarah's Air he has been my technician, and quickly identified and solved the problem. I highly recommend him and the company, they are the most professional organization I have worked with, from texting when their on the way, to an invoice emailed with photos of each step of the diagnosis and repair before he drove away. Wow!!! I went from being ripped off by 3 other companies on quotes to finding the team at Sarah's Air. I researched all of the materials that I needed to complete the job online at Home Depot so I knew the materials cost. I just got lucky to find these guys. They were just fair. There labor and materials prices were so fair compared to others that came out. The guys were outstanding professionals in every way all through the process. They did an excellent job installing the new ducts to code because I checked. They cleaned up everything afterwards. I am so glad and lucky to have found this company.
