Hale’s A/C is excellent. The technician , Aaron showed up on time and was extremely professional and pleasant. What a change from the usual lackadaisical service from other companies. I would recommend Hale’s without reservation.

Purchased 2 heat pump systems to replace 12+ year old air only systems through Costco. Hales AC is the contractor chosen by Costco to handle the transaction, install and service the units in my area. I felt very confident in working with Hales since Costco is very particular about the quality of their service partners. The sales rep, Cliff, was very informed about the company's product line and worked hard to make a completive deal. The systems were installed within a few days of purchase by 2 experienced technicians, Travis and James. The systems were completely installed in one day with little disruption to our condo.
