One required fixing an arm back on the frames and the other was more complicated wireless frames with a lens that had come out. Both opticians were a very professional extremely customer service oriented and help me out of my predicament at no charge. Wish I lived here to use them on a regular basis.“

“I went in yesterday, January 16th to pick up my new glasses. I was sat down with Jo, the Optician, to get the glasses fit to my face. She was very sweet, making sure everything was perfect. She didn't make me feel bad about not liking an adjustment, and explained out everything she did. She showed me how to properly care for my glasses and gave me some visuals on what to do if certain situations occur. She was just such a genuinely lovely person and made my experience much easier.
