I had an absolutely phenomenal experience here thanks to Jay! I was looking around when Jay noticed me, approached me, and within five minutes completely fixed three pairs of glasses: one for me, one for my wife, and even the pair on top of my head! He just offered to tighten them all up right then and there. I came in with one expectation and left with my expectations completely exceeded. Jay has a very kind, and patient way of reminding you that you are important for choosing them to buy your glasses from. Great impression for my first time here! There was plenty of parking available. The staff was very professional, nice & always made sure to ask if I had any questions. Each step was explained very well including the charges so that nothing was a surprise. Everything looked very clean. The options for frames were great & there was a good variety of different brands. I do believe I have found the eye center I’ll be returning to from now on when I need new glasses. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.
