I had an absolutely phenomenal experience here thanks to Jay! I was looking around when Jay noticed me, approached me, and within five minutes completely fixed three pairs of glasses: one for me, one for my wife, and even the pair on top of my head! He just offered to tighten them all up right then and there. I came in with one expectation and left with my expectations completely exceeded. Jay has a very kind, and patient way of reminding you that you are important for choosing them to buy your glasses from.
