I have had only positive experiences with this optical department. They were extremely helpful last year after my cataract operation. I needed a new prescription... no problem... I wanted the photo grey darker. No problem .. it was all within Targets fantastic 90 day grace period. This year the prescription was still changing so I back to the UF department where they did the surgery. The tech didn't make an adjustment so I decided to have Dr Crenshaw do an exam and he did change the prescription and then Sarah helped me figure out the problem with the shape of my current glasses so I could look for new ones. Allison at Target Optical was so patient and helpful. I purchased a pair of glasses there last year and talk to her about another pair of sunglasses this year. I also asked her to check my current glasses. She seemed so knowledgeable and professional and kind, I will definitely return there for my next pair of glasses.

The crew at my St Augustine location is always friendly. They are knowledgeable about their products and very helpful. I stopped in without an appointment to see if they could adjust the fit on my glasses. Allison took the time and care to exact the fit. No matter what is needed it is always a pleasure.
