I love the doctor that I’m seeing what this practice. There’s no problem with the medical side of this practice But the business side is pretty bad. They refused to fix their phone system. It’s so sophisticated that no one can really use it properly. If you leave a message you never get a return phone call. I left a message a week and a half ago on the 1 prompt, which is for serious cases that have certain symptoms. No one has ever return my phone call, nor can you get anyone on the phone. As much as their phone system is not ideal? They are the nicest, most accommodating, and helpful staff! The prices are competitive as well. I've never had a bad experience here and I would recommend the Eye Center to anyone!

Took so long to get appointments between cataract surgeries. Then my final surgery had very poor results requiring that I go to a specialist to redo the surgery. I’m still waiting to have that done which is now high risk for losing sight because of the long period of time before replacement. Now I keep getting bills from Eye Center for eye exams post surgery to try to figure out what went wrong.
