Walmart Vision & Glasses provides great service with knowledgeable and amazing staff. The eye doctor is very good, attentive, and lively. The experience is great, with staff who take time to help. They are accommodating in urgent situations, fitting people in to fix vision problems without breaking the bank. Customers still recommend this place for a great experience and helpful service.
I found Dr. Harbuck and his staff cordial, professional, and engaged with patients as they came in. Dr. Harbuck explained what the test results from the retinal imaging meant, and answered any questions I had. There was no waiting, actually I arrived early, and the staff fit me in. Recommended.
I lost my glasses in the waves on the beach today while visiting. I live 3 hours away and can’t drive without my glasses (I don’t mean legally, I mean physically CANNOT)Dr. Z and the staff at the vision center fit me in, fixed me up with some contacts to get me seeing clearly to be able to get home today without breaking the bank or waiting for new glasses! Thank you all so much for being the heroes of my one-day vacation!
Dr. Z has always been amazing. He has treated me on a day off for a serious injury and his office is always busy but he is always calm and happy. He saw me today for an issue that could have been serious and he took time to talk about what's going on in my life-just a couple of minutes. Those couple of minutes are the difference in okay customer service and genuine caring and great customer service. As busy as he is, I always feel like I'm the only patient when he sees me. He's like that with everyone and it makes it worth waiting sometimes to see a Dr. who really cares about his patients. It's always a pleasure to see him and his staff.
