“Awesome yoga studio in Lake Mary/ Heathrow area. I take classes here with my mom when visiting. The studio is clean and comfortable. They provide a padded floor in the studio which is much better for your joints than a hard floor. All the teachers I've had have been great. Definitely will continue supporting this place!“

Master Robertson is an exceptional teacher, you would not regret signing yourself or your child up for classes. Miss Lisa is always on point and never had an issue when my son use to be picked up for afterschool program. My son love taking the extra yoga class on Wednesday's with Mas Rob. It's a wonderful place to be, if u want to ease your mind and just breathe, such a positive environment. Talk about being clear as a bell and mega present! What a huge offering to Central Florida this group gives in synergy together. I'm certain of it.“

“I attended the Gentle Flow class, which was great for my needs, due to arthritis in the knee and lower back issues. It was a bit warm in the room, maybe because of the class next door, so bring water to stay hydrated. During one of the floor exercises towards the end, my back was lower to the floor then at the beginning of class. I was truly impressed. This class was exactly what I needed. I will be back!“
