“Love this studio! So inclusive, warm, and welcoming ❤ and a great variety of classes at various times so you are sure to find something that works for your schedule. Every teacher is so skilled and inspiring, I always leave feeling refreshed! I also appreciate that they have a donation based community class offered on Sundays so yoga is accessible regardless of your budget!
The location of the studio is lovely— the Lake Mary farmers market happens to be just outside in the park on the other side of the street every Saturday. Plenty of parking out front, too 🙏

“Samyra and Adrianna are the best!! I’ve been having some back trouble and they took the time to modify my workout so I could still fully participate. They are definitely tough instructors, so you will get an amazing workout every time! Even with my modifications, I still felt like I was able to do everything everyone else was doing.
