Every teacher is so skilled and inspiring, I always leave feeling refreshed! I also appreciate that they have a donation based community class offered on Sundays so yoga is accessible regardless of your budget!
The location of the studio is lovely— the Lake Mary farmers market happens to be just outside in the park on the other side of the street every Saturday. Plenty of parking out front, too 🙏
