“I’ve seen Moriah in the past for massage therapy; however, this was my first fitness session and though I'm not one to exercise much, I wanted to try something fun that didn’t seem like a work out so I decided on the Samba/Yoga combo and must admit that Moriah did not disappoint! I’m not much of a dancer, but she was patient and went step by step. It was made a fun, easy, and non-judgmental experience. I can see how practicing these dance moves, and the yoga cooldown could definitely help my overall health of both mind \\u0026 body. I'm extremely excited for the next session :)“
“The first time I went to Laura I was in a lot of pain from my hiatal hernia. I could not bend sideways without my stomach spasming. After three sessions with this amazing Structural Energetic Therapist I was 95% pain free. I was so blessed to have found her. “Wonderful! I signed up for a prenatal yoga class here and I had a really nice time. The instructor made it so relaxing. I felt safe amongst other pregnant Mama's in all their different stages of pregnancie. I will definitely go here again.“

“I feel comfortable coming here. Most gym goers I've seen have good gym etiquette. Equipment could be better kept. Most of it works, but they take a while to fix things, particularly the cushions on the machines. It's on the smaller side, but enough.“
