I started with the new student special offer and got to try a variety of classes that they offer. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, attentive and provide alternative poses with props too (such as blocks, bolster, rope). From dynamic flows to restorative practices, each class offers something for yogis of all backgrounds and fosters mind-body harmony.
Awesome teachers who help all levels of students learn alterations based on skills. Highly recommend this studio and passion to make each student a better person nameste. Jane patton
Great variety of classes, caring and knowledgeable instructors and a lovely community!I visited Guruv Yoga during my trip to Lake Mary and took advantage of the new student special. I got to try a nice array of classes which was a really great showcase of what they have to offer. The instructors and students at Guruv were an amazingly welcoming bunch of souls and I felt at home after the first class I’ve been practicing for nearly ten years and the instructors at Guruv are some of the best. Thanks for sharing your space with me! Can’t wait to come back.
