Urban Ōm Power Yoga

I’ve been going to the studio for several years and have been practicing hot yoga in Central Florida in all of the main studios for over 15 years. Urban Ōm is by far one of the best studios in town. I’ve always felt warm and welcome from my first day and no matter how long I’m away for traveling, I get a “welcome back” when I return. The classes are excellent physically and also spiritually. They are all encompassing. I was at their 5-year Anniversary today and congratulate Lori and the entire team and thank you for making our community even better!

This is the most welcoming environment. The whole team is incredibly kind and provide a beautiful yoga space. They are knowledgeable and by far the most amazing teachers. I completed their 2022 Yoga Teacher Training program and I feel I was given all the tools and guidance to be successful. I feel honored to call this studio - home

So peaceful and all positive vibes here. Love it. All the instructors are great. Front desk ladies are wonderful. In fact all the students are friendly as well. If I lived closer, I would have come twice a day, I love it that much
