Being faster sometimes means that the builder hires whoever is available on the market to do the job, likely with a lower rate. Seems Dostie sticks to their trusted contractors only. Likely that's why you are waiting so long. Fast, quality, budget - you can get two out of three only.
Secondly, big builders like T***Bro***** build fast. That's true, but let's talk about quality. If you know how they built, you will need to think twice if you want to buy what they built. Google how the zip systems should be installed and take a look at what everyone does during the construction, you will see why some builders like Dostie build better.“
