From day 1 meeting and working with Dave Hayes was a top notch experience. The communication was transparent through out the entire process. From site selection to home building our decision was confirmed. The on site building manager JP produced a quality home with very little to be done upon our final walk through ! We are thrilled with our new home and the finishes and quality. The office staff Shelby and Laura were timely and concise with information. I can recommend DOSTIE as the home builder of choice if building a home in Florida.

My experience with Dostie Homes has been excellent. From selecting the lot and floor plan, to the design center, and throughout the building process, Dostie staff has been a pleasure to work with. Laura Snure, Sam Clausen, Lauren Robinson, Heather Lepley, David Hayes and JP Foshee were instrumental in guiding us through the process. I’m impressed with the level of attention and detail given to the finishing touches on our home. JP did a great job managing all the construction details and made sure any concerns were promptly addressed to our satisfaction. Our home was completed 13.5 months after signing the contract. We had a wonderful experience working with Dostie Homes to build our home from design to finish. We have worked with builders in the past (residential and commercial properties) so we have other build experiences to compare our Dostie experience to. Everyone we worked with at Dostie was friendly, professional and was sincerely invested in our project. The quality of our DREAM home exceeded our expectations! We are extremely happy with our decision to build with Dostie Homes and highly recommend them.
