“Neil, owner of Mighty Dog assisted in all aspects ofmyroof replacement. This included filing a warranty claim, handling the submission of shingles, coordining the inspection by manufacturer,and auditing the payment for adequacy. MD then contnued to obtain all County and development approvals and install the complete replacement roof and arranged the County inspections. While installation complied with Owens Corning's requirements for their 50 year Warranty optional purchase option, being in Florida I elected not to purchase it. MD also included the cost of an Independent Completion inspection which provides certification for submission to my Insurance Company. The 5 star rating uder rates the the actual performance of MD.”
