I had a deep tissue massage to counteract all the computer work I do. I get massage regularly to manage this and can tell the difference between a nice massage and one that actually gets rid of the knots. Mike knows what he's doing and I can see the improvement.
I have been going to see Mike at Ponte Vedra Massage for more than ten years. I have followed him when he worked at some of the local big name resort spas, thru several smaller locations, now to his current office- he is that good! Mike has always been a kind spirit who listens to how I feel and changes his massage to suit my needs. Mike is truly a professional who can change his technique to accommodate a specific injury or just general wellness. If anyone asks me where to get a massage while in town my only reply is “go see Mike”.
