Lizzie is patient, kind and talented. She is spot on with communication up front about what your expectations are and what that means to her. I specifically said 2 inches cut off and she showed me where that would be to confirm the expectation.
She’s timely and good at what she does. While she is a top hairstylist, professional, and talented in her craft, she is also a friendly soul ready to get to know you as a whole human not just a client. Being able to connect with people is so important to me. I am a neurodivergent gal and definitely recommend Zimmiz as an inclusive place for people like me. I’ve been coming to this salon for over 10 years, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my hair. The entire staff is incredibly talented, friendly, and welcoming. Every visit feels like spending time with family.

A special thank you to Lizzie, my hairstylist. She is absolutely amazing! She always takes the time to listen, understands exactly what I want, and consistently exceeds my expectations. I trust her completely, and she always makes me leave feeling confident and beautiful.

Maddy is an amazing stylist and very knowledgeable! I've been going to her exclusively for a while now and she always strives for perfection no matter how big or small the chop. I always walk out of the studio feeling amazing 🤩 ✨
