I met Paulo and his team in my late 40's after having to stop working out and being active with nine herniated discs and was told I'd need to go on pain killers and have epidural back treatments for the rest of my life. I didn't want that and wanted to find a healthy way back. Fit Factor was the answer. I worked with Paulo, the owner of FFT, as he too was a back pain sufferer. “Having dealt with severe pain in my shoulder that was getting worse worse I went to Dr D'Amora to see what he thought. He suggested PRP - platelet rich plasma - this process involves no drugs or surgery. Your own blood is drawn and spun down to a concentrated solution injected back into the shoulder area. While I had been skeptical about the regenerative properties of this treatment, after three treatments over a couple of months time the pain began decreasing and the range of motion increased. Now it has been about six months since the first treatment and I am totally pain free with fully normal range of motion restored.
